4 Indian-Americans win state, local elections in US

Indian-American Ghazala Hashmi created history by becoming the first Muslim woman to be elected to Virginia State Senate, while Suhas Subramanyam was elected to Virginia State House of Representative. In California, Mano Raju won his election to remain San Francisco's Public Defender. In North Carolina, Dimple Ajmera won a convincing re-election to Charlotte City Council.
